- Work with partners, participate in company strategizing, and make recommendations/creative ideas for changes to the creative function to meet market changes, competitive threats or to support company projects
- Make decisions on a daily basis in Creative Function. Manage the creative process from concept to completion
- Direct the activities and professional development, including taking corrective actions and recommending promotions
- Study the creative marketplace, assessing where work stands against competitors, as well as our clients’ competitors’ creative work.
- Drive constant improvement in creative quality and capabilities.
- With the account lead, assure that internal and client presentations are on time, professional, engaging, persuasive and supported by a sound rationale
- Assure that timely and informative communication takes place between the creative function and the partners, account team and clients
- Contribute to the strategic and creative development of the agency’s marketing and branding efforts for new business development
- Managing art direction, design, and production of projects
- Continually learning, evaluating, and implementing new marketing communications technologies within the agency and for client campaigns.

as follows:

- Salary up to net 45M
- 13th month salary
- Year-end bonus base on performance and business result
- Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance (Vietnamese Law)
- Mobile phone fee allowance base on company’s policy
- Participate in company’s event, company trip

Working location: Lake View 1, 19 To Huu, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Job Requirements
- At least 03-05 years working experience in Creative Events
- Creativity & art initiative combined with commercial awareness.
- Good business sense and the ability to work on budgets.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Communication skills and Time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail
- Leadership skills and a positive attitude
- Age from 28 - 34 years old (Male preferred)
