**What you will do**:

- Participate in software design, participate in SaaS layer and integrate with PaaS layer
- Deliver software with quality, be the decision-maker in technical development along with defined standards together with related stakeholders
- Research and provide technical recommendation
- Participate in product development and clarify working scope with the other team members
- Support QA for testing and/or execute the test which defined by QA
- Support production issue if needed
- Support in software delivery to production
- Do knowledge sharing among the team from time to time
- Participate in development team strategy definition, and coach team members
- Support the Development Manager in monitoring team’s objectives and provide personal development plans to team members

**What you should have**:

- 6+ years in backend programming languages such as Java, Go lang, C#, C++, etc
- Experience with mobile app development is a plus
- Have measurable achievement in team management or related working scope
- Understand Restful concept
- Understand MVC design pattern
- Good understanding in UML, ER, HLDS document
- Have fundamental knowledge in relational database, noSQL is an advantage
- Have experience in unit testing and automate testing tool
- Can work under pressure
- Open to learn new technology
- Good at English, especially in the global software development environment
