- Execution of sales
- Maintain current sales and drive more sales for each customer.
- Participate in Events, and manage booths and sales at the booth.
- Check delivery status, and coordinate with warehouse to handle urgent orders
- Focus on KPIs, and push sales to achieve the company's overall sales.
- Seeking to expand the online/ offline agent system.
- Exchange cooperation policy and product information.
- Support new and old customers:

- Marketing support for agents: update images, videos, proposals, banners, agent covers, promotions, and price changes to all agents (depending on program information).
- Coordinate with the Merchandise department to provide display shelves, sample products, and give gifts on birthdays, holidays, and Tet (if available to agents).
- Follow up and collect debts
- Plan the time to announce the payment schedule, and debt for each batch according to the committed KPIs to each customer/agent.
- Contacting agents to remind them of the process of liquidating the contract, being responsible for collecting and collecting debts, and ensuring the debt level and the time to pay on time.
- Update market information
- Collect, synthesize and analyze market information, new product information, and competitors to develop ideas and business plans in line with the company's policies and regulations.
- Statistics, processing, analysis, and classification of sales information by sales
