**A. Project Proposal Work**
- Study ITB/RFP, prepare of ITB checklist, clarify ITB/RFP with Client
- Participate in prepare Proposal Strategy
- Prepare and control schedule for proposal preparation
- Prepare, follow up action list, arrange necessary meeting, MOM preparation
- Coordinate all engineering, procurement, and construction estimation work
- Coordinate with disciplines for deliverable list preparation
- Coordinate with cost engineer for cost preparation
- Support in negotiation with Client to come up a Contract

B. Project Execution
- Participate in preparation of Project Execution Strategy
- Participate in establishment of Project Organization
- Involve in allocation and control the budget for project execution
- Prepare and control overall Project Schedule
- Coordinate all Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities with Clients, Engineering Disciplines, Vendors, and Subcontractors
- Control EPC progress and prepare monthly (or weekly) progress report.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Very good command of English
- Good motivation and team work
- Knowledge of standard international styles for business communication and experience in the preparation of business and technical correspondences
- Experience working as an engineer/designer in one of areas as
- Civil/Piping/Electrical/Process/Instrument is preferable
- Has background of EPC industrial project of power plant, pharmaceutical plant, infrastructure plant or hospital is preferable.
