- Generate and develop new business through customer interaction to meet specified sales goals
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships
- Develop new market (especially for international market in long term)
- Plan and manage sales territory with regular reporting to Director
- Negotiate contracts and sales orders
- Provide the necessary information to other depts. in the company (Designing, Production, Purchasing, Construction, etc.) to make the project plan
- Coordinate with related departments to execute the project on schedule, technical requirements, quality as committed with customers
- Coordinate the design, production, transportation, and construction phases of the project to suit the company’s operations and available resources
- Manage the costs and expenses of the project

**Job Requirements**:

- University graduation in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- From 4-5 years’ experience in similar position, preferable in Pre-engineered steel buildings/ industrial factories/ warehouses or steel structural projects or construction materials
- Excellent English communication, good analytical skills, good impact and influence skills
- Organized, systematic, creative, proactive and result-oriented
- Assertive, self-starter, well-organized, systematic, negotiation skill, analysis skills, leadership, management
