**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Drafting/Review & overseeing Client & Vendor contract
- Providing commercially sensible and cost-effective legal solution for contracts management
- Conducting legal research
- Drafting basic legal documents for advertising projects
- Drafting/Review other legal documents: NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement), ESOP offer, SHA (Shareholder Agreement),.
- Ensuring compliance to advertising laws and regulations
- Preparing damage claims & Resolving buy-sell disputes and contract breach
- Acting on behalf of the Company in disputes, if necessary
- In charge of other task as assigned by the Line Manager

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**Skills & Knowledge & Qualification**
- College Bachelor/Bachelor Degree in relevant fields (Economic law)
- Proven work experience as an Legal advisor or similar role
- Having good understanding of office workflow
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically MS Excel, MS Word) and Google Calendar
- Good organizational and time-management abilities and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, have a strong drive to learn and develop own career path
- Have at least 1 year working experience.
