**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide and deliver high quality legal advice and services in accordance with line managers instructions and to partner with relevant stakeholders for contract review and management, legal advice on promotion and advertising from time to time.
- Participate in and contribute to departmental-wide activities and to look for and advise stakeholders in legal and compliance matters relating to companies scope of business.
- Draft, prepare, execute dossiers for corporate and investment matters.
- Experience in legal restructuring, employee relation matters.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Legal.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in law.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in F&B, Construction, Communication, and Advertising sectors.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
