Responsibility 1: Legal advice for the departments
- Legal advice for departments when required.
- Giving legal advice related to the company's business activities.
- Maintain and properly file corporate agreements, power of attorney and other legal documents
- Other tasks assigned by Legal Senior Manager.

Responsibility 2: Draft and review contracts, and other written agreements
- Review and draft contracts and other related documents of which sample is not issued or sample issued but be modified by Contract’s Parties to ensure Lotte's legal rights and compliance with the laws.
- Propose to amend the Contract Template when finding that the Contract’s provisions are no longer consistent with the provisions of the law or the business situation from time to time.
- Review and consult Legal SM when other departments require adjustment of the Contract Template.

Responsibility 3: Licenses
- Update, supplement, and adjust relevant contents of the Enterprise Registration Certificate; Investment Registration Certificate or Retail License according to Legal SM’s guidelines;
- Advice and guide the stores to update, supplement, or adjust licenses in charge of stores under the laws;
- Conduct the procedures for registration of intellectual property rights on trademarks; and copyrights.

Responsibility 4: Report
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on legal matters, to Legal SM and Director.
- Guide stores/ relevant departments to prepare the report as required by law/ authorities.

Responsibility 5: Participating in legal proceedings at courts and other authorities
- Authorized representatives to resolve disputes at court as assigned by the Legal SM;
- Coordinate with other departments to collect the documents relating to disputes

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Qualifications (Essential): Graduated bachelor degree at Universities in regular system
Major: Laws
Professional Certificate/ Specialization: Legal practicing certificate (if any)
Expertise:

- Expert knowledge of business laws and procedures in corporate
- Understanding of legal activities in corporate: Retail

Necessary skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good at English; Can use Korean is a plus
- Provide timely and professional legal advice to team
- Time management skill.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Other special request:

- Ability to have business trip upon request
- Ability to work in multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Good sense of responsibility, mature, self-driven and able to manage projects independently with minimum supervision.
- Being a proactive individual that is highly committed with a strong drive under high pressure
