**What You Will Do**:

- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are following all statutory or legal requirements
- Draft a wide variety of legal agreements.
- Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters.
- Provide internal advisory services to the business units and departments within the Company.
- Provide commercial legal support to all departmental projects and job functions.
- Ensure the development of service level agreements for service support and delivery.
- Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures of Legal Team
- Analyse and review legal agreements, legislation and documents for the BOD.
- Ensure (internal & external) compliance with laid down guidelines, policies and procedures; investigate issues of non-compliance as may be required.
- Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
- Any other duties may be assigned.
- Other tasks as requested from the Line Manager.

**Who You Are**:

- Have skills in research, in-depth research through the internet and other sources, have good communication, presentation skills, and general analysis
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Legal.
- Having good Legal mindset of corporate affairs as well as advertising fields
- Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
- Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
- A positive thinker, can-do attitude, constructive, goal orientation with a teamwork mindset
- High sense of responsibility and have ability to work under high pressure
- Excellent communication skills
