- Preparing legal documents for enterprises and making reports for Competent authorities.
- Consulting on legal issues internally.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents that protect the organization's legal and business interests.
- Conduct legal check & review for contracts, internal guidelines and important documents.
- Establish and maintain database of legal issues in cooperation with compliance team.
- Others as assigned from Legal Manager from time to time.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- BA in law or related field.
- At least 03 years of experience in law.
- Fluently English - in both reading and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized, Self-disciplined, Multitasking, and Proactive to work independently as well as teamwork to deliver work under high pressure.
- Good at communication and problem-solving skills.
