MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Have a passion for wines and spirits with the ability to recommend and advise guests
Ensure proper pouring, mixing, blending, of drinks
Cashing up
Serve drinks to guests, along with filling orders for the Food and Cocktail Servers
Supervise the bar service to offer a high quality, efficient beverage service that adds to a superior Guest experience and is in accordance with licensing regulations associated with alcoholic beverages
You will be the face of the outlet, communicating with the kitchen and the guests alike ensuring a smooth and memorable experience
Delivering a five star luxury lifestyle service experiences
Knowing our menu and product - you are our number two on the Bar, and every recommendation you make reflects your knowledge, experience and your reputation as a bartender professional
Leading the Bar team on day to day duties supporting the wider Management team with daily operational tasks
Conduct weekly training sessions on beverage pouring practice, cocktail mixing, and up-selling
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails;
Plan and present bar menu;
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience;
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies;
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks;
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages;
Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations;
Train bartenders and service team to ensure beverage knowledge and service levels are to standard.
Develop a complete working knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and preparation.
Drive cocktail menu changes to ensure fresh, innovative, and seasonally accurate cocktails are available on the menu.
Assist with beverage procurement, beverage costing.
Contribute to shift briefings as required as well as lead staff training sessions for all beverage products.
Complete product requisitions accurately and maintain bar beverage inventory control.
Ensure all bartender checks are closed and guest billing is accurate

Barbacks work behind to support bartenders and waiters during their shift also assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
Tidy up tables, counters and other bar areas
Collect empty glasses and bottles
Restock the bar with straws, coasters and napkins
Prepare mixers, juices and cocktail garnishes
Change out beer kegs and replace liquor bottles
Remove trash and wipe down drink spills
Refill ice bins
Clean rags throughout the shift
