**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Personnel organization**:

- Construct the organization chart, functions, and duties of Accounting, then review and update/adjust at the request of the leaders.
- Build, review and update KPIs for each Accounting job title (the positions under management).
- Review the performance and work efficiency by KPIs every 3 months, classify staff and propose solutions to improve work efficiency, or recruit new staff under management.
- Build a recruitment plan for the Accounting team per the approved headcount plan.
- Organize training and coaching for subordinate employees.

**2. Specialized jobs**:

- Build and organize the accounting system, taking charge of drafting, proposing, and adjusting accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Organize accounting booking according to accounting standards and internal regulations on management accounting.
- Control the implementation and compliance of financial policies and processes under the laws and the regulations.
- In charge of the Accounting section (payments, receivables, payables, assets, taxes, etc.). Control the daily accounting operations to ensure that all arising transactions are accounted for properly, timely, and rigidly.
- Cost control (including pre-and post-audit), budget control, and ensuring the Delegation of authority compliance.
- Check and control the periodic financial statements, and work with Auditors to finalize and issue audited financial statements.
- Control tax compliance. Check and control the periodic tax declaration, tax payment (CIT, VAT, FCT, PIT), and tax finalization, and handle arising issues related to tax audits.
- Propose tax-saving solutions and organize the implementation.
- Prepare data for MIS report.
- Build a cash flow plan.
- Prepare profit and loss projection.
- Assess financial aid for students.
- Prepare the budget for the accounting segment and assist in reviewing the budget.
- Cooperate with related units to automate the accounting system.
- Ensure the Accounting data storage follows the policies and regulations.

**3. Other tasks**:

- Provide accounting data and reports to related departments to serve the provision of information to shareholders, investors, partners, etc.
- Follow up and support business activities and provide consulting for projects/deals.
- Control, guide, and consult departments’ compliance with policies and regulations related to accounting.

**4. Other tasks assigned by the Director.**

**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**
- At least a Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Accounting/Finance/Auditing.
- Having chief accountant certificate, or ACCA, CPA, and tax procedure service certificates, are advantages.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Having worked in the position of Chief Accountant, Head of Finance and Accounting Department in the related industry is an advantage.
- Ability to organize and manage people.
- Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in SAP, EXCEL, WORD, and POWERPOINT.
- Coherent, progressive, and creative thinking; to have a spirit and passion for education; to be able to take prompt actions with determination and be ready to take on new challenges.
- Ability and availability to travel in-country and internationally as required.
