- Responsible for preparing and submitting reports on Foreign Invested Enterprises
- Responsible for maintaining the accounting records, including accounting vouchers and ledgers in both English and Vietnamese; for recording all accounting transactions on an accrual basis, and for reconciling all bank statements, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accounts receivable, accounts payable and accrual schedules with the general ledgers.
- Responsible for preparing annual statutory financial statement in accordance with VAS.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting business licensing tax declarations, VAT monthly/quarterly declarations, CIT quarterly and annual declarations, and for liaising with local authorities on all related matters.
- Responsible for being appointed as Chief Accountant.
- Responsible for drafting - in conjunction and with the support of the group’s financial team - offer letters, employment contracts, employee handbooks, and for issue offer letters, completing employee contracts, renewing and terminating employee contracts.
- Responsible for communicating with the group’s financial team to prepare and send master files, payslip, and to process salary payments.
- Responsible for registering the tax code of new employees and following up with relevant tax authorities.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting monthly PIT declarations, PIT finalizations for the employees of the company.
- Responsible for preparing SHUI declarations and reconciliations monthly.
- Assist employees in entry and exit procedures or claims of social insurance benefits.
- Be fully responsible and to be proactive for all aspects of the company operations, and to provide solutions and recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with the management for financial forecasting and budgets related to the company’s operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Certified Chief Accountant in Vietnam
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience preferably related industries
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Must be pro-active, analytical, meticulous, organized and reliable
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
