✔ Following Compliance In All Accounting Business Process

✔ Overseeing the Department and Maintain the “Process Quality”

DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) To Ensure the Compliance with TAX, Accounting, Compulsory Insurance, Trade Union and Other Related Regulations

2) To Prepare Monthly Reports Under VAS, IFRA at No Later Than 10 Business Days in the Following Month. (B/S, P/L and C/F Statements Shall Be Submitted to the General Director.)

3) To Handle the Payments/Banking/Financing Processes, which includes:
a. Management of Short-Term and Long-Term Loan Balances

b. Processing the All Administrative Documentations

4) To Maintain the Cash Flow Status Table Updated At All Times.

5) To Direct the Accounting Staff For Overseeing The Company Fixed Asset

6) To Direct the Accounting Staff For Reconciling The A/P and A/R Balances

7) To Plan and Execute for G.D-Authorized Internal Process Policy for Improvements

8) To Act As an Active Liaison in Relation to the Accounting Advisory Firm and/or Other Service Vendors/Suppliers

9) Other Duties, Assigned by the General Director

- Qualifications:
1. Holding A Degree/Certificate of “Chief Accountant” with Minimum 5-Year of Experience;
2. Accounting Software Experience and Skills (MISA experience is MUST.);
3. Management Skills (Manage Accounting Team and work with other Departments)

4. Bilingual Communication Ability (English Proficiency);
5. Can Handle the Overtime Work Assignments, If Required;
6. Communication Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Quick learning Skill;
