**Head of a company’s sales department. Lead the sales team by developing and implementing sales plans to increase the company’s profit and motivating their employees to hit these sales goals.
**Requirement**:
**- ** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;**At least 2 years of experience in Sales Director/Sales Manager position in ERP software companies or EdTech industry;**Must master the processes of a company (sales, purchases, stock management, accounting, human resources, )**Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.**Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.**Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Being dynamic, confident and able to present effectively in front of different types of customers as well as the managers.**
- ** Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to achieve common goals.**Good English communication skills.**
**Responsibilities**
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
**Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals. **Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. **Set sales targets and objectives in collaboration with executive leadership.**Team Leadership**:
**Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. **Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes excellence and achievement. **Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they meet individual and collective targets.**Revenue Generation**:
**Lead the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. **Drive the negotiation and closure of strategic partnerships and large-scale deals. **Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies.**Customer Relationship Management**:
**Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. **Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and addressing concerns promptly. **Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.**Performance Analysis and Reporting**:
**Implement and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the sales strategy. **Regularly analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. **Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the executive team.**:
