Head of Growth

Coin98 is seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be accountable for devising and implementing our growth marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on growth hacking; executing a comprehensive product-led growth strategy that aligns with our overarching business objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through a product-led growth approach
- Own the product-led growth roadmap reaching millions of potential users.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of product-led growth hacking strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering to develop and execute growth initiatives that are product-led
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth hacking, product-led growth, and digital marketing

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 4 - 6 years of experience in growth marketing, growth hacking, or a related field with a focus on product-led growth
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through growth-hacking strategies and a product-led growth approach
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset and experience using data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solving
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English
- Good cryptography/Web3 knowledge is a big plus
