WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and manage grow our newly established User Growth team, including user acquisition, engagement, content, and gamification
- Leverage data to priorities the right projects, and to optimize user growth strategies accordingly
- Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment
- Analyze user data and behavioral patterns to identify opportunities for enhancing acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 5+ years of experience in leading strategic growth marketing efforts for mobile apps.
- Proven track record of driving sustainable user growth and engagement.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Expertise in data analysis and performance marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
