Head of Marketing

- OBJECTIVES YOU NEED TO GET WITH THIS JOB
- We are looking for a highly motivated to support Business Music Game’s scale and growth. Being a key team member of Amanotes Management Team, **Head of Marketing** is responsible for leading and managing all the marketing aspects of the company, including strategic marketing planning.
- You will support different and diverse business units in the respective areas of User Acquisition, and Creative strategically and operationally to the CEO and other key constituents of the company.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO

**Performance marketing Center of Excellence**: Build up performance marketing expertise in Amanotes to be at the advanced level in the industry by, but not limited to:

- + Validating and implementing solutions that simplify, streamline and automate the performance marketing activities
- + Understanding the ever-changing landscape of performance marketing, ad tech, and game industry to update our practices and solutions timely
- + Updating the performance marketing practices to align with company strategy and game strategy
- + Facilitating the performance marketing knowledge management system

**Creative Production**: Support Creative Lead to build a strong creative team by, but not limited to:

- + Upgrading analytics capability of Creative team
- + Linking Creative strategy and practices closely with the company and game strategy
- + Facilitating the creative knowledge management system

**Innovation**: Explore and validate the benefits and roles of brand and product marketing to our game portfolio

**Cross-team collaboration covers**:

- + Working with Division Head to define the collaboration model that can fit well with the Division’s strategy and capabilities
- + Executing and continuously improving the collaboration model

**People manager responsibilities includes**:

- + Promoting and protecting the company’s core values
- + Mentoring and coaching the team members
- + Building a sustainable talent pipeline in the team

**Management team member**: Be a member of the management team includes
- + Co-creating company strategy
- + Being the sounding board for each other to raise each other’s bar
- QUALIFICATION
- At least 7-10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in leadership position
- Experience working in game company is a big plus
- Fluency in English in both written and verbal communication is a must
- Proven track record of successfully driving growth initiatives and achieving measurable results in a leadership role, preferably as a Head of Marketing, Head of Growth or in a similar capacity.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
- Experience in building and nurturing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Excellent leadership with strong communication skill, conflict management skill, and a good balance between people-oriented and result-oriented
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of the performance marketing, product marketing, brand marketing and game industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on results and continuous improvement
- Teamwork

- You enjoy working in a startup environment featuring a high level of uncertainty
- Familiarity with Reforge’s framework is a plus
