I. Scope of work:
1. Financial controlling tasks:

- Support to run category Profit & Lost (P&L), including all budgets, forecasts and management reporting
- Develop and maintain regularly reporting packages, including monthly/quarterly forecast plans, department P&L and customer/order information
- Provide financial analysis for ad hoc projects, including cost effectiveness, commercial viability, operational capability and financial audit/ controls
- Evaluate financial information to assess the North's strengths and weaknesses, develop & support to implement strategies for financial stability improvement
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions

2. Commercial tasks/Business partner tasks:

- Act as a true Business Partner to the commercial teams, providing accurate and timely financial analysis of key commercial initiatives providing joint business planning support
- Cooperate with commercial teams to review and analyse promotions campaigns, rebates policy and pricing strategy to meet both customers' expectation and company's target
- Develop new business models to capture new business opportunities
- Lead management routines with key stakeholders to review the status of the projects and to update the pipeline

3. Others:

II. Requirements:

- BA/BS degree in a Finance, General Accounting
- Strong competencies developed through 5+ years of finance experiences with at least 3 years in the capacity of Commercial Finance Controlling role in Manufacturing Company/ FMCG.
- Experience in business partnering with Sales and Marketing, with excellent commercial acumen. Strong business sense.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills combined with decision making and effective communication skills
- Data-driven. Master excel skills.
- Good presentation skills
- Knowledge and experience in SAP, M3, CRM is preferred
- Business English
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
