As a Finance Specialist - Travel and Expense, you will be responsible for processing accounting transactions for Employee’s travel and expense reimbursement in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements. Reporting to Accounting manager, managing account payable balance of employee and make sure cash advance amount, Citi card amount (if any) must be cleared with payable to avoid overpayment.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Processing Accounts Payable to employee transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing, payment timely
- Checking the invoice and type of expense, nature of expense to make sure they align with local regulation and internal policy
- Executing analysis data and reports as assigned and takes appropriate action as necessary
- Complying with and helps achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Payable for applicable templates. Participating in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation
- Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction
- Checking pending credit and debit AP items, inform employees, find the root cause, and take actions accordingly
- Collaborating and supporting employee to fix any issues related to invoices and expense report

**Your background**:

- Having certain knowledge and experience relates to VAT, CIT regulation. Good understanding of Vietnamese accounting
- 3+ years relevant experience in similar role and work environment
- Good spoken and written English language skills
- Good at Microsoft Excel is required. ERP familiar is a plus
- Ability to work independently, teamwork spirit, enthusiastic
- Hight responsible at work
- Willing to learn new thing
- Good attention to details
