Job Description- Conduct labor and social audits (e.g. compliance audit, corporate audit, supply chain audit, etc.) and prepare associated reports- Develop and support the implementation of Clients’ labor and social management programs (e.g. HR policies and procedures, grievance mechanism, stakeholder engagement)- Provide labor-related legal advisory to Clients, e.g. legal register, permitting- Assist in proposal development, including development of technical scopes and cost estimates. Maintain client relationships to support repeat business- Manage projects as per ERM’s project management system- Work within ERM Vietnam office and with other offices as requested in undertaking project works- Supervise and guide junior members- Supervise subcontractors during performing works- Participate in Client’s meetings and business development activities, as appropriate

Qualification:
- Hold Bachelor's degree in a discipline such as environmental and social-related. Master’s Degree is preferable- Have minimum of five years’ work experience either in a consultancy, auditing or in industry- Understand social issues, e.g. labor management and regulatory requirements and international standards (e.g. IFC performance standards, ADB Safeguard Policy Statement)- Have relevant experience of environmental and social consulting experience, including successfully managing projects and teams on impact assessment, audit, due diligence, management plan development- Must be fluent in English, reading, writing and conversation- Have experience in project management- Be willing to travel
