- **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**: The role of an Agriculture Consultant is to deliver a comprehensive set of consultancy services to clients. This includes providing advice on certification requirements and best practices within the agriculture sector. The consultant ensures that clients are well-prepared for certification, meeting all necessary standards and compliance criteria.
- **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Conducting site visits to collect operational data from client facilities and reviewing documents against relevant standards to provide consultancy services, encompassing:

- Assessing current practices, processes, and compliance status.
- Identifying gaps and developing a certification roadmap.
- Providing guidance on compliance and necessary improvements.
- Assisting in documentation creation and maintenance.
- Delivering training sessions and capacity-building exercises.
- Performing audits and mock assessments to gauge readiness.
- Engaging stakeholders and facilitating communication.
- Monitoring progress and suggesting continuous improvements.
- Supporting positive customer relationships and exploring additional business opportunities through:

- Regular communication and prompt resolution of inquiries.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and updates.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Crop Science, Soil Science, Agronomy, Plant Protection, Agricultural Biotechnology, Agricultural Economics, Organic Agriculture or related with at least 2 years of working experience in agriculture or fruit/ vegetable manufacturing.
- Practical knowledge about agriculture/ crop sustainable standards (Organic, GlobalGAP, Rainforest Alliance Certification,) is an advantage.
- Good at English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good at presentation skills, report-writing skill, initiative, teamwork.
- Be precise and accurate.
- Reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues.
- Language skills appropriate to all levels within the client organization.
