About the job
The Business Development Executive connects clients with Peterson Solutions' key services in sustainability. The role focuses on identifying needs, offering tailored solutions, and driving growth across:
- Sustainability Services: ESG strategy, carbon footprint, GHG inventory, and compliance with sustainability directives.
- Sustainable Sourcing:Regenerative agriculture, supply chain sustainability, traceability, social impact, and legal compliance.
- Certification Support: Advisory for certifications in agriculture, aquaculture, food, forestry, têxtiles, and social compliance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by generating revenue from new and existing medium to large clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using leads, networks, and market insights.
- Generate leads through trade shows, events, and networking activities.
- Conduct regular client meetings to build relationships and secure repeat business.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client base.
- Reconnect with and recover inactive or lost customers.
- Record all sales activities accurately using CRM tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
- Analyze sales data to support strategy and performance improvements.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in services related to certification, consulting, or sustainability solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Environment, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related disciplines).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across various stakeholder levels.
- Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex service value propositions.
- High level of self-confidence and resilience to support sales efforts and client engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer-centric mindset is a must.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; ability to manage data entry and reporting with accuracy.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or proiect coordination when required.
