**OBJECTIVES**:
As a Media Buyer Lead, your primary responsibility is to assist your Line manager in formulating and implementing a partner/supplier strategy to:

- Increase the capability of PMAX to provide total performance marketing solutions to clients
- Optimize the profitability for PMAX
- Contribute to the growth of PMAX

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Partnership**:

- Support Line Manager to establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Assist the Line Manager in building and developing commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners in order to enhance PMAX capability and profitability.
- Work with other internal teams to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company
- Work in liaison with the sales, marketing team and Front Office teams (Media, Strategy, Creative, Ecommerce) to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.

**Purchasing**:

- Manage vendor relations and negotiate contracts, prices, timelines, etc. in order to optimize for profitability.
- Manage daily operations such as: purchasing activities, supervising staff, maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

**Trading**:

- Develop and implement trading strategies including packaging the product, building the pipeline, driving performance
- Work closely with other teams to maintain daily operations from onboarding, and monitoring to closing.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**Skills & Knowledge & Qualification**

Must have
- Experience in a partnership or purchasing as a senior executive or in a similar position.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Vietnamese and English - IELTS 6.5 or relevant
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability towards constructive networking.
- You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.

Good to have
- Experienced in the Marketing field, especially agencies side
- Supervisory and management experience.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
