- OBJECTIVES

**Grow our in-app ad revenue through our Ads team**. Amanotes has one of the largest inventories of ads. This position is responsible for growing our ad revenue through optimizing current practices and ad partnerships. Manage and improve our ads team to meet this objective.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO

**Lead and develop the ads team to achieve growth in our ad revenue**. For example, provide clear direction for the strategies; training and development for the team to become effective project managers.

**Identify business opportunities and effectively strategize tactics to grow our revenue streams**. For example, identifying new revenue streams for specific key markets.

**Understand and improve our current business goals, our technical foundation and current processes**. For example, understanding our current logic for in-app advertising and identifying inefficiency in the funnel.

**Ensure the ad operations are well aligned and communicated within Amanotes**. For example, troubleshooting and providing diagnostic reports to business leads in the case of issues.

**Maintain and enrich our external partnerships to ensure the highest ad yield for Amanotes**. For example, identifying new ad partnerships that would improve our overall ad revenue.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years working experience in digital media buying and/or selling.
- Good understanding or hands-on experience working with mobile advertising buyers and sellers like Google, Meta, ironSource, Applovin etc.
- Experience in leading a team and/or large projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Result oriented and responsible for driving towards business goals.
- Passionate about developing the team and mentor future talent.
- Data driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- Fluent in English and able to work with global partners.
- NICE TO HAVE
- Previous experience in selling advertising inventory to brands.
- Experience in mobile game development.
- Good understanding of advertising technologies (Eg. SDKs, event logics) and advertising regulations (Eg. GDPR, Store policies)
