**WHAT YOU WILL DO AT FOREO**:

- Become the lead for Vietnam, Indonesia, and Indonesia markets for the influencer marketing and social media team that knows everything about paid content distribution, creation, and placements.
- Ensure the effectiveness of budget spending on all placements booked and content created through third-party media providers.
- Build strategies & roadmaps and execution plans for marketing campaigns, new product launches, retailer campaigns, and reputation management and be responsible for the execution.
- Actively update content and digital trends globally and locally, test new formats, and optimize efficiency.
- Review all delivered content before publishing.
- Monitor set KPIs, ensure positive development and provide regular reports to the management.
- Track, record, and perform data evaluation of everything that is done, and come up with unified metrics, and data collection.
- Manage the team and be responsible to assist the team's career growth.
- Evaluate and assist queries coming in from team members, PR/Marketing and market managers, and agencies.
- Protecting the online reputation of products by making sure the audience sees a positive impact is something we consider very important.
- Plan and involve in hiring when necessary
- Manage relationships with freelancers, agencies, and external talent to be ready to support internal activities, and workflow.
- Support local and global campaigns in the field of content advertising, and online reputation management.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE**
- You need at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and have strong team management experience. We have an international environment, hence, having an advanced English level (written and spoken) is a must.
- We also look for someone who genuinely loves content advertising and finding new unexpected ways to organically tell the story of the brand/product. We opt for bold instead of boring every time
- You need to love organizing things, putting them into buckets, and enjoy working on analytical tasks. Have hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Social Media environment, content marketing trends in Singapore/Malaysia are something we expect you to have.
