**Responsibilities**:
**Technical Leadership**:

- Provide technical leadership and vision for the company's game development projects.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and APIs.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of our game infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

**Team Management**:

- Recruit, hire, and mentor a talented team of developers.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.

**Project Management**:

- Plan and manage game development projects from conception to launch.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., art, design, marketing) to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Technical Architecture**:

- Design and implement scalable and efficient backend architectures for HTML5 games.
- Select and integrate appropriate technologies and frameworks.
- Optimize game performance and address technical challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.**:

- Experience with popular **front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)**.
- Solid understanding of **backend development** concepts and technologies **(e.g., Node.js, Python, SQL databases).**:

- Experience with game engines (e.g., Phaser, Unity, Construct 2) is a plus.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for game development and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.

**Additional Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with mobile game development.
- A strong understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
