**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
Lead and mentor a team of fullstack developers (Front end, Back end, QA, DevOps). Design, implement, and maintain microservices based architectures using RESTful APIs or GraphQL. Develop and review high quality code using ReactJS (frontend) and NodeJS/Express/NestJS (backend). Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to plan and prioritize product backlogs and sprints. Ensure proper integration between frontend and backend services with attention to performance and security. Establish and oversee CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and continuous deployment. Promote engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing strategies, and documentation. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance in production environments. Mentor team members, fostering growth, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing.

**Yêu Cầu**:
5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead. Proficiency in TypeScript, with hands on experience in both ReactJS and NodeJS. Proven experience designing and maintaining microservices and distributed systems. Strong understanding of API design, authentication, and data modeling. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools. Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, GitLab/GitHub). Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal. Problem solving mindset with a passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
