**About Us**

We’re a young game/tech studio building **cross-platform apps and games** for mobile, web, and desktop. The current title is **Under Realm**, Grand Strategy Card Game, underrealm.io. Our main stack is **React, React Native + NodeJS**, but we also dive into **Go, Rust**, and other modern tech when it makes sense.

We move fast, experiment often, and value people who can own their work from idea to production without needing micromanagement. If you’re excited by variety, love solving real problems, and want to help shape both the product and the studio, you’ll fit right in.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build and maintain **cross-platform apps and game-related systems**.
- Design, implement, and optimize **front-end and back-end features**.
- Collaborate with designers, game developers, and artists to deliver seamless experiences.
- Own your tasks from prototype to production — you’ll have a complete plan, but freedom to navigate.
- Explore and integrate new technologies when they’re the right tool for the job.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **2-3 years** of professional fullstack development experience.
- Solid experience with **React, React Native** and **NodeJS**.
- Comfortable with **JavaScript/TypeScript** and modern development workflows.
- Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable with incomplete specs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new stacks quickly.

**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience with **Go** or **Rust**.
- Familiar with basic DevOps on **AWS**.
- Familiarity with building apps or games that run on **multiple platforms**.
- Mobile performance optimization experience.

**Location**: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City - full-time onsite position
**Team Size**: 10 people
**Salary**: Competitive and negotiable based on experience
