**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Finance & Accounts (70%) (Tim/CL/Vivian to confirm)
- Handle full sets of accounts i.e. all accounting transactions and ledgers such as GL, AP, AR
- Handle tax and finance reports
- Handle petty cash, staff claims & expenses
- Prepare month-end closing
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors, banks, government agencies etc
- In charge of the financial billing process; issue invoice, credit note, prepare necessary documents
- Ensure compliance to the local accounting principle, Group’s accounting policies and local regulatory requirements

Sales Admin (20%) (Tu/Jack to confirm)
- Responsible for day-to-day sales and operation support
- Work closely with local and overseas factories on import/export matters
- Coordinate and manage order fulfilment issues to ensure completeness plus timeliness of the shipment arrangement
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure daily smooth operation
- Monitor and resolve issues related to order, shipment, delivery, etc. and promptly report any problems to General Sales Manager
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

HR / Office Admin (10%)
- Work closely with 3rd party payroll vendor on payroll-related matters
- Upload payroll bank file and ensure timely payment for net take-home salary to employees
- Prepare employees’ labour contracts according to local legislation
- Purchase and manage stationery and office supplies; maintain office equipment

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields

Working Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in sales environment.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role

Technical Skill
- Hands-on experience in handling full sets of accounts, book-keeping and reporting.

Language Skill
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Vietnamese language

Computer Skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; preferably familiar with SAP system

Others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
