- Support Sales to underwrite Non-motor products (mainly property and casualty) within delegated authority and Company's Underwriting guideline and objectives.
- Handle daily referral requests from Sales and give feedback in professional manner and within standard timeline.
- Monitor and maintain policy wordings, UW statistic reports and other document templates, etc.
- Review and contribute opinions to improve policy wordings, products and risk acceptance process to ensure profitable business growth, efficient control and convenient communication among stakeholders.
- Get involved in new product development tasks.
- Conduct underwriting trainings for internal stakeholders.
- Other underwriting/reinsurance work as assigned by direct manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma / Professional Insurance qualification
- At least 2 - 5 year experience in property and casualty insurance with sound product and technical knowledge (underwriting experience and basic reinsurance knowledge is preferrable).
- Good knowledge of local market
- Experience in product development is preferable.
- Good communication both verbal & written (Vietnamese & English) and teamwork skill.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Innovative thinking.
