**Job Responsibility for General Manager **- Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

- Set the strategic direction, long and short-term results in line with the BUs strategic role and growth ambition for the efficient, compliant, and successful running of the resort
- Manage all the resort projects from the construction stage to operation and development stage to ensure the project’s construction and design
- Establish, develop, and maintain professional working relationships with supplies, partners
- Establish and develop ISO, Process, Legal Documents regarding guidelines established and best practices in the resort industry
- Work with the Finance, Procurement and Operation to create a business plan to maximize the future commercial potential of the resort
- Overall responsibility for managing the resort P&L, analyze the finance risk and work with bank for credit
- Increase reputation by communication planning
- Support the implementation of any technology solutions in the resort
- Keep up to date with the trends of the hospitality industry to propose new initiatives that will improve the competitive advantage of the resort to maximize occupancy and service levels
- Inspire, empower and maximize the performance of the team, creating high performance teams for growth
- Conduct staff reviews, appraisals and any disciplinary or grievance matters, with the support of the People Team
- Work with the People Team to ensure training & development plans are in place for the team to ensure high levels of customer service are achieved through continuous performance management and training
- Lead sales and marketing efforts by developing a targeted strategy for publicizing the hotel’s services and amenities

**Requirement for** **General Manager - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

- Expat Only
- Proven experience at least 10 years at CEO, GM for international resort group
- Understand Asian culture
- Experience in setting up and operating high**-**class services at the resort
- Analytics, Problem Solving Skill
