**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- _In charge of distribution channels and responsible for sales_
- _In charge of Daikin current Dealers, develop new Dealers, visit and manage assigned agents, support agents to find customers (B2C, B2B) to increase sales_
- _Report on sales, inventory, debt by week / month / quarter / year_
- _Regularly inform and update customers about sales policies, program and support from Daikin_
- _Regularly visit and learn from customers to update market information and assist customers in sales activities when needed_
- _Find and establish relationships with partners and potential customers about customers, market and competitors to build data sources for future research and planning_ _
- Phụ trách các kênh phân phối và chịu trách nhiệm về chỉ tiêu bán hàng
- Phụ trách các đại lý hiện tại, phát triển thêm Đại lý mới, thăm hỏi khách hàng thường xuyên và hỗ trợ đại lý trong việc tìm kiếm khách hàng, mở rộng kinh doanh
- Làm báo cáo bán hàng, tồn kho, công nợ theo tuần/ tháng/ quý/ năm
- Thông báo và cập nhật thường xuyên tới khách hàng về các chính sách, chương trình bán hàng và hỗ trợ từ Daikin
- Thường xuyên thăm hỏi và tìm hiểu từ khách hàng để cập nhật thông tin thị trường và hỗ trợ khách hàng về các hoạt động bán hàng khi cần
- Tìm kiếm và thiết lập quan hệ với đối tác và khách hàng tiểm năng
- Thu thập thông tin về các khách hàng, thị trường và đối thủ để xây dựng nguồn dữ liệu phục vụ cho việc nghiên cứu và thiết lập kế hoạch trong tương lai

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- _Bachelor’s degree of Engineering, prefer major HVAC_
- _At least 1 year experience in sales_
- _Good at MS office (Word, Excel, Power point)_
- _Experienced in selling or distributing products_
- _Active, enthusiastic, able to arrange work and solve problems_
- _Good English communication_
- _Ability to work independently_
- _Good communication and negotiation skills_
- Tốt nghiệp Kỹ sư, ưu tiên Kỹ sư ngành HVAC
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm Sales/Sales Engineer hoặc phân phối sản phẩm
- Chủ động, nhiệt tình, có khả năng sắp xếp công việc và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
- Tiếng anh giao tiếp cơ bản
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập
