**Position Overview**:
Responsible for collaborating with internal departments and external parties to ensure execution of smooth production schedule and achieve timely deliveries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify the materials ready status;
- Report to Hong Kong Merchandising Team if there is any bulk materials quality issues like color shading etc.;
- Participate in Pre-production Meeting and translate the comments from Hong Kong Merchandising Team to factory directly if needed;
- Verify the production status in factories - checking on the given capacity is reasonable; actualized the cutting, sewing and packing dates;
- Participate in the Inline & Final Inspection with Quality Team to understand the quality issues called out from our QA and assist factories for making the corrective plan to ensure the end product are able to meet the standard for shipment;
- Liaison between factories & Hong Kong Merchandising Team. Reflect the comments for improvement and vice versa;
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by the superior.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising or têxtile-related discipline is an advantage;
- At least 5 years relevant experience in a merchandising and/or sourcing environment;
- Experience in active wear desirable;
- Knowledge of the U.S. retail market is an advantage;
- Proficient in MS office;
- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin preferred;
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam.
