Senior Marketing Officer

**About Us**:IDP South East Asia comprises of 7 country-based businesses Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Cambodia. Core business operations consist of Student Placement, IELTS testing and English Language Training.

**Established in 1996, until now IDP Vietnam has extended the business operation across 13 offices with more than 240 staff in Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Da Nang, and Can Tho.**:

- **Overall Marketing plan/activities**
- Prepare yearly Marketing activities calendar
- Get approval for participation fees of all events throughout the year
- Prepare calendar-year and financial-year event calendar for DMs
- Prepare separated event proposals for each destination for DMs and for finance purposes
- **Event management**:Lead, coordinate and execute all yearly exhibitions and seminars include all setting up, logistics and reports
- Monthly Seminars:

- Work with OMs to agree on location, time, presentation slides and personnel for all seminars
- Organize logistics and set up (Room booking, room preparation, information kit, and so on)
- Organize and run seminars in Hanoi
- Wrap up and evaluate and report after seminars
- Exhibitions:

- Manage client booking and liaise with Account
- Communicate with clients on behalf of IDP in regard of event status, venue, welcome dinner and logistic information
- Support clients with adhoc requests: event brochure custom clearance, content translation, local printing of POSM
- Collect, translate, and design Institution's LCD videos
- Work with designers to design, produce and set up POSM and Decoration
- Prepare and execute staffing plan
- Prepare, liaise to finalize event layout
- Prepare and produce information kit, branded merchandise
- Invite and organize interpreters when required
- Work with stakeholders to set up and execute events
- Finish all relevant paperwork (payments, budget accrual, etc)
- **Promotion**:

- Get licenses for promotion campaign
- Work with Account Department to clear/claim promotions
- **SM management**:

- Print, display, check and replace old POSM in office yearly
- Work with designers and get approval from NMM
- Finish all relevant paperwork (payments, budget accrual, etc)
- **Report**:Prepare event reports and other reports assigned by line manager
- **Content**:

- Update new information from Destination
- Collect student testimonial: interview, edit, and publish content
- Generate 3 posts/week on social channels
- Generate contents for events
- **Logistics**:

- Control and manage all Marketing merchandise nationwide
- Get quotation, produce and manage time for production and delivery

**Job Requirement**:

- Over 3 years of experience in event/marketing/branding (education industry is the bonus point)
- Strong experience in event planning and executing
- Competent written and oral communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and digital platforms (FB contents)
- A “can-do” attitude and flexibility to adapt to changes
- Ability to generate contents on social media channels
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects, and effectively manage time
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be willing to travel, work at weekend on job demand
