**Job description**
- Execute and liaise with vendors for MKT tools, events, collateralsdevelopment.
- Develop related marketing tools: social media, newsletter, publications.
- Build and foster cooperative working relationships with business partners, professional bodies, universities and industrial zones and contribute to team initiatives.
- Assist in coordination of internal and external events.
- Conduct market research and client surveys as requested.
- Manage and follow up client database, maintain library of materials for credentials.
- Coordinate marketing/BD plan execution under the supervision of the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Deliver report to Senior Marketing Manager periodically.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirement**
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing, event or digital marketing agencies.
- Well-organized with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Being able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate and nurture effective relationships.
- Strong research, analytical and reports presentation skills.
- Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Keen to learn, hardworking, persistent and able to work under pressure.
- Having experience in tax or audit field is preferred.
