- Làm việc chặt chẽ với khách hàng để hiểu rõ yêu cầu kinh doanh và quy trình hiện tại của họ.
- Phân tích các yêu cầu và chuyển đổi chúng thành các giải pháp kỹ thuật sử dụng Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Thiết kế cấu hình hệ thống, bao gồm các quy trình nghiệp vụ, báo cáo và tích hợp.
- Cài đặt và cấu hình Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Thực hiện các hoạt động di chuyển dữ liệu và tích hợp hệ thống.
- Đào tạo người dùng cuối và hỗ trợ họ trong quá trình chuyển đổi.
- Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cấp hai cho người dùng cuối và các đội ngũ khác.
- Xác định, phân tích và giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật.
- Thực hiện các hoạt động bảo trì hệ thống định kỳ.

**Yêu cầu ứng viên**
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central hoặc các phiên bản trước đó (Dynamics NAV).
- Kinh nghiệm thực hiện các dự án triển khai và tùy chỉnh hệ thống ERP.
- Hiểu sâu về các mô hình dữ liệu, quy trình kinh doanh và cấu hình hệ thống của Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Thành thạo ngôn ngữ lập trình AL.
- Hiểu biết sâu về cơ sở dữ liệu SQL Server.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với các công cụ phát triển và tích hợp (Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps).
- Kiến thức về các công nghệ khác như.NET, Power Platform là một lợi thế.
- Tiếng anh: Fluent
