**JOB OVERVIEW**

This position will require the ability to work with BAs and directly with business leaders and project stakeholders to define business needs, use your AI/automation skills and creativity to envision solutions, and work with near shore and offshore developers to design and implement those solutions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive the adoption of modern development methodologies.
- Support team members in problem-solving and skill development to enhance overall team capabilities.

2.Technical Design and Development:

- Perform hands-on coding and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical challenges.

3.Customer Collaboration:

- Adapt communication styles to effectively interact with customers, ensuring smooth collaboration and mutual understanding.

4.Documentation and Standards:

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
- Promote adherence to coding standards, non-functional requirements, testing protocols, and security best practices across the development lifecycle.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Demonstrate deep technical knowledge and experience with chatbot/virtual agent development with Power Virtual Agents, and Copilot Studio
- Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of Power Automate related to automations and Power Automate Desktop RPA solutions
- Well-rounded Office 365 / Microsoft focused technologist not only with Microsoft Power Platforms but also including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
- Experience automating business processes with Power Automate leveraging SharePoint, Dataverse, as well as third-party APIs and custom connectors
- Knowledge of Power Platform SDLC and ALM best practices in an enterprise environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects within the constraints of timelines and budgets within a given client portfolio
- Ability to work in the Pacific time zone

**Nice to have**:

- Microsoft Power Platform exam certifications.
- UI or UX design experience.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
