**Position Summary**

We are seeking a highly capable **ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect / Engineer** to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves designing new, custom ERP solutions for clients and engineering them within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, specifically across **Finance & Operations (F&O)** and **Business Central** platforms.

As both a strategist and hands-on engineer, you’ll work closely with clients and stakeholders to shape tailored Dynamics 365 solutions that drive operational success.

**Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Design**
- Design new ERP solutions tailored to specific client business needs, especially for finance, procurement, and operations.
- Define architecture and integration strategies using Dynamics 365 F&O and Business Central.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and develop solution blueprints, roadmaps, and architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document business processes, identify gaps, and define system workflows.

**Solution Engineering & Implementation**
- Engineer custom ERP solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including module configuration and custom development.
- Build extensions using X++, AL, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Dataverse.
- Develop and test integrations using Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and middleware.
- Conduct data migration, cleansing, and validation across systems.

**Collaboration & Client Engagement**
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver demos, documentation, and training.
- Collaborate across functional and development teams to ensure delivery success.
- Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-deployment performance tuning.
- Prepare documentation for both technical and business audiences.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 ERP architecture and implementation.
- Proven ability to design and build new client-specific ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Expertise in X++, AL, Power Platform, Microsoft Dataverse, and Azure Services.
- Strong understanding of financial, supply chain, and project accounting modules.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert or equivalent.
- Experience working on international ERP deployments or localization projects.
- Familiarity with DevOps, Agile delivery, and cross-border ERP rollouts.
- Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.

Pay: 20,998,987₫ - 25,998,987₫ per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
