Position Headline:
Plans and executes sales targets and activities in selling assigned products, services or projects to customers in specified industries who integrate Siemens products into their end-of-line customer offerings, in order to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets. Ensures the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in a specified Key Account Management (KAM) End-users/ EPCs in Industry vertical market of the North Territory.
You’ll create impact by:
- ** Plans sales volumes and potential of KAM End-users/ EPCs** in the Industry vertical market the North Territory.
- ** Provides information via CRM** for forecasts and planning.
- ** Analyzes and evaluates markets and needs** of potential or existing customers.
- ** Prepares customer contacts, builds and maintains a customer focused network**in order to develop both KAM End-users/ EPCs and this Industry vertical market expertise systematically.
- ** Investigates and evaluates specific business opportunities for products / solutions** by analyzing mid-term investments of customers in this Industry vertical market.
- ** Prepares and negotiates projects and proposals** in cooperation with other involved professionals and management.
- ** May act as point of contact** in commercial matters.
- ** Completes sales and revenue** related key reporting.
**Your defining qualities**:
- Relevant Educational Background: University degree or higher education in engineering, business engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Electrical Products Know-How: Required and preferred knowledge of electrical products.
- Resilient & Analytical Problem-Solver: Possess resilience in challenging situations, with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Team-player and able to build trust with internal and external partners.
- Language Proficiency: Business fluent in English and local language skills are an advantage.
- Electrical Products Know-How: Required and preferred knowledge of electrical products.
- Resilient & Analytical Problem-Solver: Possess resilience in challenging situations, with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Team-player and able to build trust with internal and external partners.
- Language Proficiency: Business fluent in English and local language skills are an advantage.
