**Working Time**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

**Working Type**: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Shelby Global is a leading headhunting firm with extensive operations across Southeast Asia. We specialize in comprehensive recruitment solutions for both IT and non-IT roles, with a strong focus on executive search and high-impact talent acquisition. To support our expanding client base—predominantly international businesses—we are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** who brings hands-on experience and a passion for delivering top-tier talent.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed screening calls to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Ensure internal KPIs, SLAs, and client-specific requirements are consistently met.
- Collaborate closely with hiring stakeholders to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
- Address challenges proactively and offer recruitment solutions aligned with client expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- **1-2 years of proven recruitment experience at a headhunting or recruitment agency.**:

- **Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must** due to frequent communication with foreign clients.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with international clients or across multiple industries.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Knowledge of hiring practices for both IT and non-IT roles.
- Should be proficient in APAC hiring.
