Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Recruitment Consultant - Internal. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and aligning potential candidates with organizational goals. As part of your daily responsibilities, you will collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs, implement effective recruitment strategies, and provide exceptional candidate experiences. You will also contribute to maintaining a talent pipeline to support the organization's long-term growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting methodologies
  • Consulting skills with the ability to align recruitment strategies to organizational goals
  • Proficient in Interviewing and talent evaluation processes
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with using candidate management systems and recruitment software is a plus
  • Knowledge of AI, technology, or consulting industries is advantageous
