**Job Description**:
** Get to know the Role**:

- **The Employee Relations Manager is in charge of Industrial relations activities including handling disciplinary/ compliance cases and advising management on best practices. Set direction, create policy, and provide expert consultation in all compliance matters relating to collective bargaining and corporate-wide industrial relations issues. The position is also in charge of facilitating everything related to employee and management relations and work to help employees and management understand each other.**

** Job responsibilities**:

- **Provide expert advice/ consultation in all matters relating to collective agreement and corporate-wide industrial relations issues.**:

- **Work with related stakeholders to conduct necessary investigations relating to ethics and compliance.**:

- **Handle disciplinary cases and advise management on best practices regarding PIP and MSA.**:

- **Compose, review and adjust (HR related policies and processes, Internal regulations, Disciplinary process ) relating to HR operation of company**:

- **Ensure the implementation and compliance of Internal regulations.**:

- **Manage all reports relating to occupational accidents.**:

- **Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.**:

- **Lead and support local authority related audits towards manpower in Vietnam.**:

- **Manage others as assigned by the management or as required.**

** Job requirements**:

- **University Degree preferably in Law or Human Resources**:

- **Minimum 08 years of experiences in handling Industrial Relations and/or Employee Relations, preferably in a multinational company**:

- **Solid knowledge of Vietnam Labor laws, rules and regulations**:

- **Strong interpersonal, conflict management, communication and collaboration skills**:

- **Must be able to communicate effectively both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English**:

- **Be able to handle the full cycle of employee issues from strategy to execution.
