**Job Description**:
To work closely with HR Team to ensure the quality of HR services with the purpose of increasing the employee experience, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
- Supports the implementation of onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Coordinate with internal functions to ensure ER-related process compliance
- Participates and assists in planning and facilitating together with the HR team for engagement activities in team, company social, and networking events.
- Supports in preparing, implementing and evaluating the annual plan of increasing employee engagement, experience and overall satisfaction
- Assistant in executing HR-related tasks/projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Fresh graduated or 3rd/4th-year students in Human Resources, Business Administration or related majors
- ** Have strong passion and good knowledge in Human Resources field**:

- ** Can work minimum 4 days/week**:

- At least 6 months Full-time/Part-time Internship
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
