**About Our Position**

We're seeking for a visionary Senior Marketing to join our Free Fire Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing groundbreaking marketing plans, creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics to elevate our brand presence in the gaming community.

**Job Description**:
** Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Planning & Execution**:

- **IMC Planning**:Plan & develop IMC plans and campaigns, including the IMC component of product launching in alignment with key business priorities, brand & customer needs, and work with product team, KOLs, Community team to deliver the results.
- **Budget Planning**:Responsible for campaign budget planning and allocation.
- **IMC Execution**:Manage the execution elements of the optimal IMC mix including content marketing, influencers and key consumers engagement programs, offline fans events for campaign launching.
- **Campaign Management**:Responsible for promoting product and campaign awareness, users reach & engagement metrics on social media platforms (such as viewership, engagement)

** Performance Evaluation**:

- Produce insightful weekly and post-campaign reports to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight areas for improvement.Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of various campaigns and channels to continuously optimize marketing strategies.

** Marketing technology optimization**:Leverage marketing technology including marketing automation and databases to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements
- **Experience**:Minimum 3 years in full-scope strategic marketing with a strong track record in digital campaign management
- **Background**:Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
- **Passion**:Passionate in Gaming & having knowledge of Battle Royal Game is a big plus
- **Skills**:Razor-sharp analytical skills, outstanding problem-solving prowess, and clear, impactful communication skills.
- **Language**:Fluent in English (must-have)
