**About Our Position**
We are looking for a **Senior Associate, Campaign Marketing**to join our team in Hanoi. In this role, you will craft and lead dynamic **marketing campaigns**— from launching new products and collaborating with KOLs, to creating impactful content and amplifying our presence across media channels. Your work will play a vital role in shaping the AoV brand experience and inspiring millions of players across the gaming community.
**Job Description**:
- **IMC Planning**:Propose targets, develop and implement IMC plans/campaigns (including product launches) aligned with business priorities, brand and customer needs; work with product, KOLs, and community teams to deliver results.
- **IMC Execution**:Manage execution of IMC mix including content marketing (website, copywriting, art direction, video production, influencer activities); optimize and repurpose content across social media channels.
- **Campaign Management**:Drive product/campaign awareness and engagement; manage brand media channels; ensure campaigns are on time and within budget.
- **Partnership Management**:Build and maintain relationships with third-party partners supporting Garena’s marketing and publishing.
Job Requirements
- **Experience**:Minimum 3 years in end-to-end strategic marketing with extensive experience in digital marketing, campaign management
- **Background**:Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
- **Project Management & Stakeholder Management**:Proven excellence in managing complex projects, including critical paths, risk logs, and asset QA; strong ability to align and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Creative, and Legal teams.
- **Data Proficiency**:Comfortable working with data, including funnel math, lift tests, and interpreting basic dashboards to inform decisions.
- **Creative Vision & Execution**:Demonstrated ability to independently originate communication/action concepts with clear end-states, build work-back plans, and lead cross-functional teams to successful delivery.
- **Marketing & Brand Metrics**:Strong understanding of communications, marketing, and brand performance metrics (e.g., reach, SOV, ER, CTR, CVR, revenue/ROAS, brand health), with the ability to set targets and evaluate performance effectively.
