**I. Responsibilities**:
**Employer Branding (70%)**
- Shape core values and employer branding image in alignment with recruitment objectives and corporate culture.
- Effectively define and implement the Employer Value Proposition (EVP), targeting the right audience and objectives.
- Create engaging content for multiple platforms, including company's social media, career websites, job boards, etc.
- Coordinate with universities and colleges to organize on-campus recruitment events and job fairs to connect with students and recent graduates.

**Talent Acquisition (30%)**
- Receive and plan recruitment activities based on requirements.
- Execute recruitment-related tasks, such as job postings, screening, data management, phone interviews, scheduling, providing feedback, and onboarding procedures.
- Manage and maintain existing recruitment channels (internal and external) while expanding new channels suitable for specific positions.

**II. Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Communication, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Have 2 -3 years of experience in Employer Branding and at least 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent at writing in English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Be careful, dynamic, enthusiastic, creative, trend-savvy, culturally adaptable, and have a high sense of responsibility.
- Strong work management, time management, and negotiation skills.
