JOB DESCRIPTION

Employer Branding (70%)

  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Create compelling content (e.g., blog posts, social media posts, videos) that highlights our company culture, values, and employee experiences.
  • Manage and optimize our presence on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate and participate in employer branding events such as job fairs, campus recruiting events, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Talent Acquisition (30%)

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the company.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from posting job ads to extending offers.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with employer branding tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
