We're looking for a passionate and creative
Employer Branding & PR Executive
to help tell our agency's story — to the world and to our people.You'll play a key role in showcasing our culture, people, and creative work through engaging campaigns, social content, and media initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in communications, marketing, or PR who wants to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding
- Create content that highlights our people, culture, and behind-the-scenes moments across digital and social platforms.
- Work with HR to produce recruitment campaigns, career page updates, and job posting materials.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities (events, recognition programs,...).
- Keep our LinkedIn presence fresh, engaging, and aligned with our brand tone.
Public Relations & Communications
- Drafting press releases, PR articles, and thought leadership opportunities.
- Support relationship building with media partners, and industry platforms.
- Help identify and manage opportunities for
award submissions, and work features
Content & Social Media
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce social media content showcasing our agency's culture and work.
- Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, website
- Gather and share employee stories, team achievements, and behind-the-scenes content that reflect who we are.
Internal Communications
- Assist with internal announcements, and HR communications.
- Support initiatives that celebrate employees and strengthen company culture.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in
employer branding, communications, marketing, or PR
(agency experience a plus). - Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for creative content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams.
- Proactive, organized, and full of fresh ideas.
- Passionate about people, creativity, and building a positive brand image.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Understanding of recruitment marketing or HR communications.
- Knowledge of channels & communities in the advertising industry.
