1. Customer service:

- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices on SAP
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate feedback from customers internally
- Special price and sample monitoring
- Archive documents in Ha Noi office (contracts / invoices / DO / Quotation)
- Place order for transfer stock from HCM to Hanoi
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory space and work stations neat; sweep and vacuum
- Assist with receiving, unloading, counting and stocking physical inventory in the office/warehouse
- Ensure physical stock is properly reported in SAP system

2. Administration and Cashier:

- Responsible for the office and looking after the equipment, ensure cleaning by a third party if necessary
- Monitor office supply levels, and re-order when appropriate
- Follow office expenses; collect vouchers, contracts, invoices and other documents of office activities in a systematic and reasonable manner.
- Prepare daily and weekly expense reports and report to relevant departments.
- Report if anything is not aligned with the company policy
- Other tasks based on allocation of management level

Responsible for transferring cash to the bank on weekly basis
- Strong listening and persuasion skills.
- Approachable, enjoys interacting with people, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to remain composed in challenging situations and handle pressure effectively.
- Fluent in English.
